Common fixes

The popup says "open a workflow to reconnect"

Open any workflow in the GoHighLevel builder and click inside it once. The extension re-captures your session and the status goes green.

"Can't reach a GHL tab" or a request failed

If you just reinstalled or reloaded the extension, refresh your open GoHighLevel tab once. Chrome only reconnects the extension on a fresh page load.

An action or button stopped working

GoHighLevel occasionally changes things under the hood. Run the built-in Health check in the popup, then email us the result. Updates are free and we patch breakages quickly.

Building with Claude (AI add-on)

The AI add-on is optional and off by default. Turn it on under the gear menu in the popup, then follow the setup steps included with your download.
